Terms and Conditions.
1. Introduction
Estos Términos y Condiciones rigen el uso de los servicios proporcionados por Alpacas South Travel (en adelante, «Alpaca South»), una empresa registrada en Cusco, Perú. Al contratar nuestros servicios, usted (en adelante, «el Cliente») acepta todos los términos y condiciones aquí descritos.
2. Reservations and Payments
2.1. All reservations must be made through our official website or via Whatsapp.
2.2. The Client must pay a deposit of 50% of the total tour cost at the time of booking or the total.
2.3. The remaining balance must be paid 5 days before the tour start date.
2.4. The Company accepts payments by credit and debit cards.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1. Cancellations made by the Client more than 15 days before the tour will receive a 100% refund of the deposit.
3.2. Cancellations made by the Client more than 6 days in advance of the tour will receive a refund of 70% of the deposit.
3.3. Cancellations made by the Client with less than 5 days notice will only receive 40% of the total.
3.4. Las cancelaciones realizadas por el Cliente con menos de 2 días de anticipación, no tendrán derecho a reembolso.
3.5. Cancellations made by the Client, 24 hours after purchasing the Tour, will have a 100% refund, unless they are less than 4 days from the Tour, in which case they will only receive an 80% refund.
3.6. In the event of cancellation by the Company due to unforeseen circumstances (weather conditions, safety issues, etc.), the Client will be offered a rescheduling of the tour or a full refund.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1. The Client must provide accurate and complete information during the reservation process.
4.2. The Client is responsible for obtaining and carrying all necessary documentation (passport, visas, permits, etc.) for the trip.
4.3. The Client must follow all instructions and guidelines provided by the tour guide.
4.4 The client must be aware of their health status for some tours or treks.
5. Company Responsibilities
5.1. The Company undertakes to provide the services described in the tour itinerary.
5.2. The Company is not responsible for delays, changes or cancellations caused by force majeure (weather, natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
5.3. The Company reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary in case of unforeseen circumstances.
6. Seguros
6.1. It is strongly recommended that the Client purchase travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, accidents, lost luggage and other unforeseen events.
7. Complaints and Claims
7.1. Any complaint or claim must be submitted in writing to the Company within 7 days after the end of the tour.
7.2. The Company undertakes to investigate all complaints and respond within 3 business days.
8. Applicable Legislation
8.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Peru.
8.2. Any dispute that arises in relation to these ,Terms and Conditions, will be resolved in the competent courts of Cusco, Peru.
9. Accidents
9.1. The company is not responsible for accidents committed by the client.
10. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
10.1. By contracting our services, the Client declares that he has read and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
