Reservations and Payments
1. How can I make a reservation? You can make a reservation through our official website or by contacting our WhatsApp.
2. When do I have to pay for the tour? You must pay a deposit of 50% of the total tour cost at the time of booking or the full amount of the tour taken. The remaining balance must be paid 5 days before the tour start date.
3. What payment methods do you accept? We accept payments with credit and debit cards through the WeTravel platform.
Cancellations and Refunds
4. What is your cancellation policy? Cancellations made more than 15 days in advance will receive the full deposit. See more in Terms and conditions.
5. What happens if the company cancels the tour? In the event of cancellation by the Company due to unforeseen circumstances (weather conditions, safety issues, etc.), the Client will be offered a rescheduling of the tour or a full refund.
Preparation for the Tour
6. What should I bring for the tour? We recommend bringing comfortable clothing, appropriate walking shoes, sun protection, a bottle of water, and any necessary documentation such as passport or visas.
7. Do I need travel insurance? It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, accidents, lost luggage and other unforeseen events.
During the Tour
8. What happens if I arrive late at the meeting point? It is important to arrive at the meeting point on time. If you arrive late, the tour may continue without you and no refunds will be offered.
9. Are food and drinks included in the tour? It depends on the specific tour. Please check the tour itinerary to find out what is included.
Tours to Machu Picchu
10. What happens if the date I chose to visit, Machu Picchu, does not have entrance tickets available for entry or if there are no train tickets for the date?. When you reserve a tour date to Machu Picchu, you will have confirmation if your reservation day is available. If the reservation date is not available, you will be offered alternative dates or a refund of your money.
Complaints and Claims
11. How can I file a complaint? Any complaint or claim must be submitted in writing to the Company within 7 days after the end of the tour. We promise to investigate all complaints and respond within 3 business days.
